Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I recieved a loan using my truck as colladeral with a finance company in noblesville, indiana. In this loan i purchased unemployment insurance on the loan. I lost my job, and the finance company came and reposesed my truck, and now are harassing me with calls and letters saying that i still owe them close to $3000 after selling my truck. This happened about 8 months ago, could they legally take my vehicle and sale it and then try to collect on a loan that I had purchased unemployment insurance on the loan. they say they can, and will not answer my questions about this insurance on the loan. Do I have a lawsuit against them to recover my lost money, or be refunded because they did not honor there loan.

thank you

frustrated and still unemployed

All of the paperwork would have to be reviewed. I suggest that you contact a local attorney.
