Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

my 13 year old daughter recently got put on probation for dealing marijauna @ school. she has since met with her probation officersince then and has also paid on her fines and made a's and b's in school as ordered by the court. she was also ordered to attend an evaluation at centerstone in wich it was found that my daughter did not need anymore follow up appts. now two months later centerstone has called me twice stating that upon her talking to my daughter probation officer that the probation officer said that because of my and miy husbands past legal problems that we all need to attend centerstone. wich was not orderedby a judge. mylegal question is how is it aloud for a probation officer to use a childs parents legal past against her and how is it aloud for him to tell the people at centerstone about it, also how can he make the therapist of centerstone change her evaluation of my daughter, who has complied with all rules of probation and has passed every drug screen and will continue to do so.

It would be allowed for a probation officer to note parental activities which could affect a child's behavior. If the po differs with a therapist, the court can sort it out.
