Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Okay I need help. Alright so in January I let my so called best friend borrow my shoes for basketball later that week he messenged me on fb saying he sold them.. We'll later that week me And my buddy went into his house and I grabbed 2 pairs of shoes and left. While I left the house my buddy pulled out a gun and the two people in the house woke up I ran out the back door my buddy got beat up when he pulled it out well after that me and my buddy went back to my house the shoes I took while I ran out the back door I dropped cause tripped over a huge ass pile of snow (cause I was drunk and it was dark).. My buddy kept the gun and his it so when the police came they NEVER found the gun well the people who we *tried* robbing told the cops there was a guna and this happend when I was 17 and now I'm 18 my lawyler said they wanna try to give me 3-15 years in prison cause they think there was a gun. What should I do?
