My brother
my niece needs some advice my brother is violent and put his wife in the hospital by shoving medication in her mouth and making her swallow it. there is a lot more. my question is can my niece have him committed? thank you

Your niece needs to sit down with a lawyer immediately if her father is dangerous to himself or others.
