Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I found a cash ticket while at a michigan casino, my boyfriend took it and cashed it in, now a police man has come to the door saying we could be charged with a felony and have to pay fines and bond and restitution, the woman who lost it, lost it it was not stolen, is it really a crime?

If it was stolen, it is a crime.
