Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
How do I help a friend with a prison sentence modification? What is the process? He cannot afford an attorney and he is in a program that the state really looks up to. Where do I get the forms and who would I send them to?

Unfortunately, there are no forms. Your best bet in helping your friend is to hire an attorney for him.
