Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Hi, i am just trying to have a question answered. I have to appear in court on may15th for writing on a bridge. I was also caught in the act of doing it and had my picture takin next to the damage i have caused. It was writtin` up and givin my court date. Hours later i went back to the scene and removed what i had done. My question is can i go to jail for such an act? or just a really big fine?
