Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My son was arrested the other night for yielding at a stop sign they found paraphanella in his car and he agreed to a blood test they had him locked up over night and released him the next morning about 10 o'clock he has court Feb 29 should he plead guilty on this charge
