Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

Threatened with car vandalism charges. Wondering what could happen..
This happened in Indiana. Our group of friends were drunk at a local bar and no one remembers what really happened. Our friends car got kicked in, she called the police. She then assumed that my fiance had done the damage, she began threatening us that if we dont pay by tomorrow that she will press charges and he WILL be arrested. The bar has surveillance tape but they arent giving up the tape without a sapena. I'm wondering what happens now.. Will he be arrested without evidence? How does she get a sapena? I'm just very confused about the entire situation

If charges are issued, your fiance will be arrested. He will then have subpoena power and that aside, should hire counsel.
