Its my 2nd offense will i get probation or will i do time. It was my 4yr old son who did it.

Well we got us a sayin' here in Elkhart. The pumpkin don't roll too fer from the vine.
Not only are you goin' to jail, but child services is goin' to take your 4 year old and put him in a foster home if you try to blame him.
You need a lawyer real quick!
