Legal Question in DUI Law in Indiana

We live in Indiana and my husband is an Indiana resident- he is 30 years old. When he was 19 he rec'd an underage drinking ticket and did not show up for his court date. He believes he currently (perhaps still) has a warrant in Michigan for this arrest still.

We just had our first child and we would like to get this situation "taken care of". How do we go about this? Could he wind up going to jail?

I'm not sure if this even falls under "drunk driving and DUI law" b/c I believe it's simply an underage drinking ticket- he was not driving.

Find a lawyer in the community in Michigan where the court was and hire him to some investigation about the status. He may be able to solve it easily, and in any event will answer your questions better than anyone in Indiana could do in this forum.
