OWI conviction and applying for nursing license

What are the implications when one is convicted of both OWI(I.C. 9-30-5-2(b), class A misdemeanor and Operating a vehicle with .08 to .14 gram of alcohol per 210 liters of breath (I.C. 9-30-5-1(a)(2) class C misdemeanor on the same instance and their right to obtain a Nursing license in the state of IN? (fiirst and only time offender with only one speeding ticket on this persons criminal record)

Other than what the state board of nursing may impose in their regulations, I'm not aware of any legal issues on the issue regarding the penalty aspect of the offense itself.
