Expelled last 6 weeks of school

Can someone give me some input my son was sick during sophmore year he is now a senior he was expelled the last 6 weeks of school i had notes from the dr's but they said i needed two more. Now it is 3 months before he graduates the school tells me he is short 1.50 credits my question is the credits he earned while in school(As a Sophmore) is he entilited to them he has been working hard just to graduate it is noe May and he is still short i think this was totally wrong of the CROWN POINT school system.

He got expelled...he's not "entitled" to much if he didn't have enough credits to graduate already.

Further,m he should be studying and earning credits whether or not he is physically at the school,--there should be an alternative educational environment for suspended students, even though he was expelled.

Sit down with your son's guidance counselor and work through the credits, so there's no doubt and everyone is working with the same information: he might be allowed to march but not receive his diploma until completing summer school.
