abandonment during divorce proceedings

When this divorce finally gets to the trial stage... will the fact that I have moved out of the home jeopardized any moneies that will be split 50/50...

Re: abandonment during divorce proceedings

The Code requires a presumption of a 50/50 split. The code also prescibes specifically when the court can deviate from that split. Your moving out is not one of them.
