Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hi! I am in need of some assistance as no one seems to be able to help me. My two sons who are two and one need passports for travel for a family trip next march. I applied at the passport office and was told I need to have a court order stating that I have sole custody of them and then I can re-apply and get their passports. Their father has never been involved in their life at all. We slept together twice in a two year period and I got pregnant each time. He was just some guy at a bar. I only know his first name, I do not know his last name or even if he lives in my state.I need information on how to go to court and get the order for their passports. Ive asked everyone at the bar even some of my friends that recall seeing him and I together and no one seems to know anything about him. Even the old bartender said that he has only been in there a few times. The last time we were together I told him that he had a son, he said I do not want any part of that and the next morning when I woke up he was gone! I really want to be able to take my sons with me on this trip and it will be hard to leave them behind because of all this mess-No he is not on the Birth Certificate-How can you put someones name on there if you do not know all of their info? Anyways if anyone could tell me how to do this and put this whole mess behind me that would be great! No a time machine is not a very big help...

You need to establish paternity. The local prosecutor's office can assist you and will do it for little or no cost. That court can give you the order you seek.
