Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

In a child custody case, the mother stated to me, after the court date, that she wanted me to take sole custody of our child. Since that date, I have had the child with me and she is now demanding the child be returned to her. If this conversation was recorded, would this give grounds of a verbal contract pending an upcoming court date?

No. It can be helpful information, though, and should be provided to your attorney. If you are trying to do this without an attorney, stop, and hire one.
