Child custody of a newborn

Going through a divorce. We were only married 1 month before she left. She was pregnant. When she left she moved about 4 hours away with her family. She will have the baby in about 1-2 weeks. She tries to tell me that she can go for no over night visits with me and my new child. I currently have custody of my other two kids from a previous marriage and was wondering if this is true. Can she do this???

This is generally the case for very young childern. You should consult the Indiana Parenting Guidelines which were adpoted in July of last year for a clearer picture.
