Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex has custody of our two children. For school she decides to leave for a month and leaves the children with her dad. as a noncustiodal paretn do i have any right s to seeing or getting my children for this month she is gone.

If her father is part of her household, no. If he is not, then probably, depending on how the order concerning custody and parenting time is written. You need to see an attorney to review that order.
