Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If I want to divorce my husband due to domestic violence, but he owes some credit card debts. Do I need to take part of his debt? We don't have a joint account.

Indiana is a no fault state, so the history of violence will not affect the court's decision. The credit card debt is marital debt, and would be included in the division of debts and assets.
