Divorced parents one is dead the dead one was to inherit money

Ok My parents divorced when I was 20 In 1995 My father passed away in 2003. A relitive of ours passed away and left her money to my father. My mother remarried as soon as the divorce from my father was final and is still married, my father never remarried. Can she legally collect these funds?

Your mother is out of luck. However, it may be possible, depoending on the wording for you to inherit your father's share. ZZGood luck
