Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Emancipation of a minor child

Once a minor child is emancipated by the order of a judge, what, if anything, can be done to have this order revoked? If it is revoked, can child support be reinstated and be retroactive to the original date of emancipation?

The only way to reinstate the support order is by means of a motion to correct error, or a timely appeal after the order is entered emancipating the child. Emancipation is permanent.
