Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my father owes over $90k in back support. My father just received $250k upfront payment from his inheritaned $60 million, which he recieves 1.1 million every year until money runs out. My mother is afraid to take him to court and will not due to the wealth and power his family has in the community. The family golfs with all the judges, prosecutors etc. and has already made it clear that my mom would be humulaited in court if she tried to "take their hard earned business money". I want to get the $90k in back support plus my attorney fees etc, how is this possible to be done before my dad hides the money somewhere????

Your mother would have to pursue this, not you. She needs to hire an attorney, unless there is still a current support order, in which case the IV-D office in her county could handle it.
