Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i cant figure this out....

I am a mom of 2 children who live with there dad in ft. wayne indiana,I live in michigan,but I am relocating to ft. wayne to be closer to my children.now I would like to know if when I move there can I petiton the courts to change my visitation.now I have everyother weekend in my michigan home.and 2 weeks out of the year for vacation.I have them every other hoiliday.I know that indiana laws are differant from mich.but I also know that I can get them every wednesday.please let me know how I would go about changing my visitations when I move.

You would petition the court to implement the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines, which provide for visitation every other weekend, one evening during the week, half the summers, alternating holidays and other provisions.

They're much more generous than the old guidelines that were probably used in your case.

I have never seen a court refuse to grant them in circumstances like yours.
