Grandparent Rights

I would like to know what my rights to my grandson are. Can I file a petition to the courts in Indiana for visitation?

Indiana DOES offer grandparent visitation rights, but I can't tell you whether you qualify for them, based on the limited information in your post, such as which parent is your child, whether you've had a relationship with the child in the past, whether your child is deceased or incapacitated.
