Moving/Joint Legal & Physical Custody

My ex and I have Joint legal and physical custody. I am remarried and my husband is in the army active duty. He has to relocate, is there anything I can do to take the kids with me, without it being a huge court battle?

There is a new statute regarding relocation and it is very detailed. You need to hire an attorney to assist you. If your former husband agrees, there wont be a huge court battle. If he doesn't, there will be a court battle, how huge it is will depend on the situation.
