Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Paternity and child support involving a married man

I have a friend who was involved with a married man and recently found out she is pregnant. They both currently live in Indiana, he claims he wants nothing to do with her or the child and that he and his wife are moving to New Mexico. What exactly will she need to do to get child support from the father? What if she doesn't get his new address after he moves? Are there any programs that will help her with paternity testing fees and legal fees?

Re: Paternity and child support involving a married man

I am licensed to practice law only in Texas. I don't have any idea what Indiana or New Mexico law is. Sorry.
