Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have a question regarding my 1 year old daughter her father and i werent married at the time she was born but he signed all the papers at the hospital stating he is he dad and we both signed the joint custody paper there to but it staes the father had 60 days from the time she was born to submit a genetic test otherwise the joint custody was void and the mother has full physical custody of the child and the paternity test is still valid. Now, do i need to go to court and file legally or is this paper the legal paperwork? the dad wants me to let him take her for acouple hours here and there but i wont let him not without me there supervising he has a history of drugs and alcohol and has been in and out of jail several times he has another daughter and issnt allowed to see her unless supervised because he beat her mom and so on.he just did this to me last month and was charged again with battery.i dont want him to be allowed to take her anywhere ever i dont trust him for ovious reasons. what do i do now??? i need help asap.

Hire an attorney to block his efforts at parenting time unsupervised. Try to find another supervising person or agency.
