Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

temporary seperation

Dear Attorney,

My husband and I have be arguing and fighting a lot. I am working full time and having two kids to be taken care of (one is two and the other is 9 years old). Further, I do not want my kids watching our fighting everyday. I want some time alone and think of our marriage. Is there a way to let my husband leave the house temporarily since he will not leave on his own? We both have the same amount of the income. If I do not have my two kids I have already left the house. Your legal advice is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely yours,
