Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My wife and i have been married for 3 years now we have never split but she cheated on me and got pregnant by another man this man says he wants to be in the childs life my wife does not want to pursue a relationship with him at all i do not want tjis other man around me my wife or our 5 year old daughter and i am willing to raise the child as my own is there any advice i can get to help with this situation

You should sit down with a lawyer and discuss your options, but you need to remember that if the child is his biological child, there is nothing that your good intentions can do to take that away if he properly enforces his rights.
