bond
i recently bonded out of jail .since you cannot bond yourself out of jail in the state of indiana i gave the money to my cousin to bond me out. the charges have been dismissed and the bond refunded in my cousins name, what can i do to get my money back?

You need to talk with your cousin or sue him in small claims court assuming that the amount is less than $6000. You also may be able to hire an attorney to send a demnd letter for you.
