Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

My boyfriend who I share an apt. lease with left me and but refuses to actually leave. He hasn't been staying here but won't take his belongings. I have tried to talk to him multiple times and he won't answer my calls. I have always paid the rent here, and I have proof of it. All the utilities are in my name. He pays for nothing but wants to come and go as he pleases. I'm pretty sure he's coming here when he knows I'm not home. But I haven't seen him in weeks. What can I do to get him out? Will my landlord be willing to help me out?

you can go to court and get a protective order. you do not need a lawyer for this and the judge will probably order him to get his possessions and stay away from you.
