Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Regarding neighborhood covenants: Are honey bees INCLUDED in the description "No farm animals, fowls or domestic animals for commercial or noncommercial purposes..."?

This would be for Lincoln township, Hendricks county, Indiana.

Thanks
