Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

I started working at job A in 2003 full time. I started working at job B in 2003 part time. In Dec. 2013, I was terminated from job A. I filed for unemployment. I started working full time hours at job B. I continued to file for unemployment as the pay at job B was not enough to cover my bills. I did show some of the money I made at job B but not all of it. I did continue looking my job search but was unable to find anything. How much trouble am I in?

You may owe reimbursement and penalties plus possibility of criminal liability. You had best take your situation to an attorney for a complete review of all facts. It would not be a good idea to think that this is a small problem or that it will disappear by itself.
