What type of attorney do I need?

I was arrested for trespassing but the charges have been dropped because I didn't actually trespass. The guy who had me arrested held me at gunpoint and told me he was going to put a bullet in my head. I was deer hunting on a property that I had permission to be on and the guy who owns the property next to this is the one who had me arrested he held me at gunpoint and told me he would put a bullet in my head and sue me for millions. The charges were dropped and I am interested in talking to an attorney to see what my options are. The problem is that I don't know what type of attorney to talk to.
