Legal Question in Health Care Law in Indiana

Power of Attorney for the sick

My grandmother went to the hospital very sick. Before they put her on sudation she told her Doctor her wishes about living. She told him she did not want to keep alive if she would not get better. One of her Daughters was given power of Atteroney on her behalf years ago. Now she wants to use it to stop her mothers wishes. For my her mother is not improving. My questions is ''That can she over rule want her mother has told the Docoter to do or does the Doctor do as the mother want.'' She also has five other children.
