Legal Question in Health Care Law in Indiana

I recieved four months of statements from my doctors office for a "no show appt", which I did in fact show up for. I waited so long and was in pain and I told the front desk girl that I had an appt. in two weeks anyway so I would just keep that appt. She did not tell me if I left I would be charged. She didn't take me off the schedule. I called the office aafter the first bill and she said it would be taken off but don't let it happen a gain which i thought was rude. I was very nice and said thank you. I get the same bill next month. I call. They said they would take it off. OK. Fine, thank you. The next month I get ANOTHER bill. same story.

Today I get the bill again (fourth month in a row). I am NOT HAPPY. So I call this woman and in a loud voice, yes I am yelling not so much at her, but the ridiculous situation. She tells me she doesn't appreciate me yelling. I told her if I get another statement I was going to bring it to the attention of my doctor there. She then preceeds to tell me that she doesn't need patients like me and to find another physician. AND HANGS UP! The nerve. I called right back and asked for my physician to call me, which he hasn't by t he way.

Do I have any legal recourse here? This woman knows nothing about my health issues, depression, ungodly stress at home, high blood pressure, ect. I could go on. I am just so angry that Iwas treated like a piece of crap for her not doing her job.
