Legal Question

I'm Uninsured

We had an uninsured car, the policy lapsed because we did not have money to pay the premium ! We had the car in an auto shop for repair ! The Car was stolen off a closed lot and damaged, then returned to the lot ! Is The Shop owner liable for any damages ?
