Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana

I just received a letter from insight that they were sent a supina for my account information because the IP address had downloaded copyrighted material back in November. I do not remember doing this and I have 2 unsecure routers that could have been used, but how worried should I be? Will these records show enough information that they can tell if it was a rouge computer on my system or not?

As a Franchise Attorney I basically agree with the other attorney answer. If they can show the illegal download happened on your IP address, then you would have to raise and prove an unlikely "rogue" (not rouge) computer defense. Not remembering doing it isn't good enough and is actually suspect. If you didn't do it, you'd be sure. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
