Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana

I took my four year old daughter to walmart and got her ears pierced and they messed them up, their uneven badly, can I do something about this?

A few questions:

1. Did you sign a release/acceptance of risk agreement with Wal-Mart? If so, an attorney would need to review that language.

2. Is there permanent damage to your daughter's ear? Or will the earlobes grow back?

3. Have you spoken to Wal-Mart about this? They may have procedures in place.
