Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana

cerebral palsy

My son went in to have a elective surgery done and was extabated without being awake and upon trying to cough went into respitory arrest and a lot of mistakes was made in the picu. and also the anesthesiologist came back and wrote in my baby chart 7 days later once she found out someone said he probably was given too much anesthesia and the tube was taken out too soon. so she stared saying i brought him to the hospital and he had a seziure before surgery which was a lie. should i consult a lawyer about this because my child has not been the same since this whole traumatic experience and still weak.

You should consult with an attorney as there may be a cause of action. More details are needed. Please feel free to contact me as it appears that you are located in Lansing and I am close by in Munster.
