Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I was in a auto wreck in 05/08/08, it was a 3 car accident w/me being the driver of the last vehicle, I thought that everything was settled, but suprise I get a summons in the mail year and a half later. The lady is claiming physical and emotional stress, loss of work, future loss of work, medical payment, future medical payment, and Her DIVORCE, plus her ex-husband, etc.... what do I do..........plus my 75 yr. old grandmother is named also on the summons because it was her vehicle I was driving to get to work, and she is only on social security........yes there was insurance on the vehicle......a direct result of the wreck, i was told not to return to work @ the factory I was working, because I was just a "temp" working for a separate "quality control" co. inside the company where the drivers of the two vehicles involved in the wreck worked. Help, I have 15days left to fill out the summons part of the papers I received from the court, and do not have money to hire a lawyer

Contact your insurance company agent now, immediately, today, asap! Bring him or her a copy of the sumons and compalint and have them sign a reciept . the insurance company will defend the lawsuit.
