Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Fell on hospital property er visit there stitches in chin, pain in arm exray not broke. Arm very painful, left that hospital went straight to a different on and exray of arm broken. Should I be responsible for both to these bills and all the follow up visit with bone doctor and now all the time i have to be off work, how do i pay for this.
