Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

My insurance company is delaying payment for essential services I am allowed after a car accident where I was hit. The services are for personal and home care, lawn, laundry, house cleaning due to the need to investigate the lawn company and not receiving a call back from them. All necessary info was provided - EIN ADDRESS TEL ETC. All payments are combined in one check before payout. Can a individual seek litigation against their own insurer for delayed bureaucracy?
