Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

can you sue someone for circulating false court documents about you to other persons. I am a licensed professional in the State of Indiana and the documentation that is being circulated could damge my professional reputation and I am now being investigated by the Attorney General as these docs were sent to them and I had to disprove all of the allegations. Investigation has not been closed and I am fearful that this person is still circulating these documents

You definitely would have a cause of action against such a person. Defamation is actionable at law, and if it is as you say, then you've been defamed, and the law provides remedy for such things.

You may have a cause of action. However, without actually having the specifics of the court documents and knowing what your profession is, I can not comment any further.
