Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
My 19 year old daughter who is a college student has a joint lease on her appartment. She is one of 3. Another roommate moved out without notice. What options does my daughter have? Will the property management group expect her to pay or will they bill the student that left?

You have to show the lease agreement to an attorney to answer this question. All leases are different.
