Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

deceased partner

I am beneficiary on all my partners property and accounts

IMy name is also on the home property that we purchased together and his 2 trucks.

My question is can his kids come in and legally take anything from the house or property. I have lived with this man for 31 years He died Jan 6, 2007 and did not have a will.

You are secure on the beneficiary matters. The joint property may or may not be secure, depending on the language of the deed and title.
