Erection of Barbed Wire fencing In Residential Neighborhood

Can a business zoned for storing in buildings and storing cars & boats on a parking lot, construct a barbed wire fence around the parking lot if the lot is adjacent to a residential neighborhood?

I believe the answer generally is yes as long as it is not what the law calls is an attractive nuisance. The business should also post warning and/or no trespassing signs.
