What are the legal ramifications , if any, of not paying our home owner dues?

I'm not going to provide a comprehensive list of the "legal ramifications" of not paying your homeowners dues. I presume you refer to association dues or the like. The consequences are all negative -- something you must have known -- so stop thinking about it. They include loss of voting rights, bad credit reports, foreclosure, deficiency judgments, writs of execution and levy.
