Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My house just went into foreclosure on 4/24/13. I tried to pay my lender but they stated that their attorney would be handling my account due to the status of foreclosure. When I called the attorney they stated that would not be able to give me a total owed until the lender sends over the paper work detailing my past due amount. I owe $6000 in past due mortgage. How much should I expect in lawyer fees. My property is in Indiana

The lawyers' fees depend upon how much work is required of the lawyers and what their rate is. In addition to lawyers' fees, there are costs relating to foreclosure, including court filing fees, title search, publication fees.
