Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My husband and myself are in a land contract were there is no loan. we have a loan with the seller but they own the home free and clear. I am highly allergic to mold and me and my son have been sick allot including pneumonia and miscarriage. We have always paid on time but want to leave. This house is making us sick. Purchased home at 105000 with 2500 down and have it paid down to 94000, we have upgrades as well as wear and tear. Any way out?

1. Read the land contract to make sure there are no early payment penalties.

2. If there are, try to negotiate a waiver from the title owner.

3. Sell the property.
